1. The palming hand approaches with the sponge in thumb palm. The opposite hand holds a sponge pinched between the first finger and thumb.
2. The palming hand grasps the visible sponge.
3. In a continuing action the visible ball continues moving until the concealed sponge is in the place it just occupied – pinched by the first finger and thumb.
4. The hand which began as palming now drags back in the direction it just came from. This causes the other ball to “snap” into view suddenly.
5. Single ball on display. Other hand retrieves and palms the second sponge ball. As mentioned in other lessons, thumb palm is excellent for entering/exiting pockets.
6. The eyes are on the visible sponge as the palming hand approaches.
7. Eyes shift to the person. This misdirects momentarily from the sleight.
8. Eyes go the the ball which just appeared first.
9. Then the eyes go to the second ball before returning to the spectator as the hand re-enters the pocket. Repeat Ad-Nauseam.
